What is the Love Language Test?
The idea comes from Gary Chapman, who coined the five love languages in 1992 — words of affirmation, quality time, physical touch, acts of service, and receiving gifts. It became one of the most widely shared frameworks for understanding relationships, and the core intuition has held up: people do have different emotional needs, and mismatches create friction.
